
About CV Upgrade and our CV Services
CV Upgrade is staffed by people with an extensive background in the ICT (IT and telecommunications technology) sector encompassing both sides of the hiring employer/recruiter equation.
Our staff have worked for many years in ICT roles such as software development, infrastructure and management level roles that involved recruitment from the employer perspective and also crucially have extensive experience in the recruitment industry for the ICT sector.
For instance our senior director worked for more than 10 years in IT roles ranging from developer to project management across many different IT technologies and companies in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe before becoming involved as a partner in an IT consulting and recruitment firm. All our staff who interview our customers, assess their CVs and rewrite their CVs, have a similar background (many years real life expertise in the ICT sector crucially involving several years experience each in recruitment in this sector).
We will be striving to give you the benefit of our expert insider view, on what your CV should contain and how your CV should look, which should help you greatly to get to interview for the next role on your chosen career path in IT/telecoms. We will provide a highly personalised service to each candidate and work closely with the candidate to make the very best of their CV.
